Terms of Service

  • Absolutely NO permission is granted to use, upload, or submit my artworks to any AI training, dataset, machine learning, image generation, or similar technology — whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Must not be used as training data, image-to-image prompts, or for model fine-tuning in any form. By commissioning me, you agree to respect the ownership and creative rights of my artwork and to avoid any AI-related use under any circumstances.

  • Full payment required before starting the commission.

  • International: PayPal (USD invoice only)

  • Thai clients: Thai Internet Banking

  • Prices listed are for personal use only.

  • An additional $2 has been included in the listed prices to cover PayPal’s transaction fee, as the amount I receive is slightly reduced. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Commercial use = +100% of the personal price.

  • Prices may increase for complex designs (you can ask if unsure).

  • Major revisions requested during work and after completion will incur extra charges depending on scope.

  • No refunds once the final artwork is delivered.

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions if I cannot fulfill the request.

  • I may post the finished work on my portfolio or social media unless requested otherwise.

  • Artwork will be delivered digitally via Google Drive link.

  • Files on Google Drive will be available for 1 month. Please download them as soon as possible, as they will be deleted afterward.

  • Estimated completion time: 0–2 weeks.

  • I will update you ASAP about any delays or progress.

Commission Process

  1. DM me on @NatNatXIV (Twitter) and include your social contact (Twitter or Discord) for communication.

  2. Send clear references of your character (or character files) and describe your commission details.

  3. Payment will be made via PayPal invoice (or Thai Internet Banking for Thai clients).

  4. Once full payment is received, I will begin your commission.

  5. I will provide progress updates during the process (including revision stages).

  6. The final artwork will be delivered via Google Drive link.

Animated versions require a Base Sprite commission.

  • Sprites are inspired by FINAL FANTASY Record Keeper.

  • Some details may be simplified to fit the 8-bit style.

  • Suitable for emotes, profile pictures, and similar uses.

  • Complex designs (e.g., custom hat or accessories) may add +$5.

  • File formats: .PNG / .GIF / .APNG (Animated) with transparent background.

  • Image size: 1080×1080px (132 DPI, suitable for digital use).

  • GIF/APNG files may have limited color ranges.

  • APNG (Animated PNG) can be used for Discord Stickers—just request it if you’d like!

  • Custom Sprites, Animations, Minions, and Weapons are not available.

  • Please provide screenshots of your character for me to edit and arrange into the sheet.

  • You can brief me about the character’s personality, mood, pose, or concept you want shown in the sheet.

  • NSFW version is available upon request. However, if you plan to post it publicly, please do not include or tag my name.

  • I do not accept commissions for special NPCs such as children, monsters, etc.

  • Compact / Emotion Sticker: 3840×2160 px (300 DPI)

  • Detailed Sheet: 5760×2160 px (300 DPI)

  • Files are delivered in .PNG format (transparent background).

  • You’ll also receive the unedited screenshots used in the sheet and screenshots of your character in A-pose from 8 directions.

  • FFXIV characters only.

  • If you already have a .mcdf (modded) or .dat (unmodded) model file, please send it to speed up the process (time zones are pain, I know 😅)
